Lot 73, is a moderate framed, easy keeping bull, very deep and thick, sired by home raised, MSAR Emblazon 2092. He has EPD’s of a + 9 for CED, a Birth EPD of +0.4, and Wean of +42, a Yearling of +75, with Milk of +24 and CEM of + 7. He had an actual birth weight of 86 pounds and a Wean Ratio of 107 and a Yearling Ratio of 107. The grandsire is MSAR Emblazon 4086, with the Blackbird line on the maternal side having Papa Forte 1921 and LT 598 Bando 9074.

Lot 39, JJA Game Day 4114, from the Joel and Bethany Johnston herd, Thedford, NE, sold to repeat customer Brandon Bruha, Ord, NE, for $11,500. This bull is stout, long and deep bodied, an attractive bull with a good balance of maternal and performance traits. He is from the Blackbird line with Bextor and Traveler 6802 on the bottom side of the pedigree. This bull’s EPD’s were + 6 for CED, +1.2 for Birth, +47 for Weaning Weight, +87 for Yearling Weight, + 6 for CEM, and a +25 for Milk. His actual birth weight was 91 pounds and he had a Wean Ratio of 108 and a Yearling Ratio of 114.

Lot 18, was MSAR Chinook 4127, selling for $11,500 to repeat customer Joseph Higgins, Naper, Nebraska. He was another deep bull, double bred to CAR Chinnook 786, and sired by MSAR Chinook 9569.
